Supreme Court Judge Philip Tunoi is facing claims of receiving a Sh200 million bribe from Nairobi governor Evans Kidero to influence the outcome of an election petition filled by rival Ferdinand Waititu. He has also become a whistleblower and is ready to spill the beans about Uhuru.
Embattled Supreme Court Judge,Philip Tunoi,has come under serious heated debate after being accused of receiving Sh200 million to deliver a favorable judgment in the Ferdinand Waititu election petition case against Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero in August 2014.
The National Intelligence Service investigated the matter immediately and by yesterday,they confirmed that Judge Philip Tunoi indeed had conversations and even exchanged SMSs with his accuser Geoffrey Kiplagat.
